Rehab Medical, Inc., a national Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) company, was selected as one of Indiana’s best places to work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce today. This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the participating employers in Indiana with the leading workplace cultures.

Under the direction of Isaacs, the company completely overhauled its employee experience in 2018. Among the most notable enhancements was the addition of its Employee Development program in which Rehab Medical teamed up with trueU to offer its employees personal development resources and experiences to create a rich and relevant learning community.
Rehab Medical also launched a new program to recognize employees who exemplified the company’s core values of showing Compassion, being Energetic to Achieve, and displaying Hard Work with Balance. Through this program employees nominate their peers each month and at the conclusion of the year four staff members are selected to receive an all-inclusive trip as part of its annual Excellence Award.
In addition, the company recently finalized the renovations of its corporate office, which featured the addition of huddle rooms, collaboration rooms with a Nintendo Wii, a stocked break room, new desks and chairs for all employees, and numerous cosmetic and technological upgrades.

The final company rankings will be unveiled April 30 at an awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis, sponsored by Ivy Tech Community College. Top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Best Companies Group, which handled the selection process, oversees similar programs in 25 other states.
Rehab Medical currently operates in 24 metro markets, working directly with medical professionals and insurance providers from prescription to delivery on products such as power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, pediatric wheelchairs, and wound care products. As of February 18, Rehab Medical has 41 positions open nationwide.
In 2018 the company was named one of Indianapolis’ Top 25 Fastest Growing Companies by the Indianapolis Business Journal and received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau for its customer service.
